Brighter Strides ABA is a dedicated behavioral health provider specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) . Our highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and therapists collaborate closely with families to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. Brighter Strides ABA is currently seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs/LBAs to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by designing, implementing, and supervising individualized ABA treatment programs.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with families, mentor behavior technicians, and make a meaningful impact on children’s development and independence .

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans

Supervise and support ongoing ABA therapy services for assigned clients

Oversee staff performance and ensure implementation fidelity of treatment plans

Provide supervision hours and performance feedback to assigned staff

Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Required)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) where applicable (Required)

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges

Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred

Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data analysis

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

Ability to analyze behavioral data and make data‑driven decisions

Experience providing in‑home ABA services

Familiarity with electronic data collection systems (e.g., Strong skills in parent training and caregiver collaboration
