About the job Trademark Paralegal
We are looking for a Trademark Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join our tight-knit, Chambers-ranked Trademark & Brand Management group. This is a crucial hire to help manage an expanding workload and contribute immediately to our success.
Conducting trademark searches and clearance using the USPTO database.
Filing and prosecuting trademark applications, including responding to office actions.
Coordinating with foreign counsel on international trademark filings and management.
Company is a nationally recognized midsize law firm that's been serving entertainment, advertising, and IP clients for 40+ years. You'll join a tight-knit trademark team with the best hybrid flexibility in the firm - remote Mon/Fri plus extra remote weeks when partners travel. This is a senior paralegal role requiring 5+ years of trademark experience with direct USPTO work and client communication. 5+ years of experience as a trademark paralegal managing prosecution and portfolios.

Experience from a law firm environment.
Proficiency with the USPTO trademark database .
Must work hybrid from the New York, NY office.
