Head of Operations (Remote)

Hybrid – Remote/Office, up to 20% Travel)

As Mission Operations Manager, you’ll enable mission success by translating customer needs into operational plans and orchestrating deployment of Bridge Defense systems in collaboration with mission users. You’ll be the bridge between strategy, engineering, and field operations to deliver critical, mission-ready solutions.

Coordinate the execution of mission-focused deployments across operational environments

Lead operational teams—internal and external—to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing service delivery

Monitor mission performance, iterate quickly, and apply lessons learned to future operations

Work closely with government customers and stakeholders to understand mission requirements

3–5 years in mission coordination, operations management, or field program roles, ideally in defense or government environments

Comfort working in dynamic, high-stakes environments with tight timelines and shifting requirements

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills—able to lead cross-functional teams and interface effectively with government operators

Excellent planning, prioritization, and crisis-management capabilities
