Human Resource Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative (HR Rep) to join our team! As the HR Rep, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department, ensuring a positive Team Member experience, and helping to create a culture of engagement and development. Provide support to employees in all HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and policies and procedures

Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes

Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Maintain HR-related databases and ensure the accuracy of employee records

Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume HR environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or 3-4 yrs of relevant experience

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience

Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

Proficiency with HR-related software and technology

Travel

Local travel is expected for this position.
