Job Title: Quality Inspector
The quality inspector will perform in-process and final inspections at any of the 10 stations on the production line, focusing mainly on circuit boards. The role involves visual inspections and checks by hand, without the use of traditional inspection tools or measurements. Conduct visual inspections on circuit boards at various stages of the production line.

Respond to mid-line inspection calls and follow tablet instructions for quality checks.

Ensure consistent quality without the use of traditional inspection tools.

Ability to read and understand instructions in English.

Experience in quality control and assurance.

Understanding of quality inspection processes.

Familiarity with visual inspection techniques.

The position is on a contract-to-hire basis with a first shift starting at 4am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of POWAY, CA.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
