BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Start of Care (Admissions) Registered Nurse to join our team! This position is to service our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis for Start of Care/Admission visits within their homes throughout Howard County, Maryland. *Current Home Health and Oasis experience are REQUIRED in order to be considered for this position* Must be available Thursday through Sunday between 8:30am-5:00pm. As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs

Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures

Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders

Case management and coordination

Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.

A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
