Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for our residents.
Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care.
Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents through compassionate care.
Mentor and guide other nursing staff to foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications of a Registered Nurse Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to prioritize patient care.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Previous experience in long-term care
