Flexible Scheduling

Assists in various human resources plans and procedures for all facility employees; assists in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt staff; post positions and move candidates through the hiring process.
Presents HR presentation at new-employee orientations;
Handles employee relations on-boarding, counseling and exit interviewing
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database
Attends and participates in in-service training
Guides management and employee actions; supports management by providing HR advice, counsel and decisions
