Savannah, GA | Schedule: 1st Shift, 8am to 5pm | Payrate: $38.77 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Recruiting Analyst who is passionate about finding exceptional talent and building strong partnerships. In this role, you'll support high-volume recruiting efforts, collaborate with hiring managers, and help deliver an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to manage the recruiting process from requisition through onboarding.

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.

Coordinate interviews and serve as a trusted recruiting partner for hiring managers and candidates.

Ensure recruiting activities comply with OFCCP regulations, employment laws, and company policies.

Build and maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Assist with recruiting analytics, reporting, and hiring process improvements.

Support recruiting events and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2+ years of progressive HR or recruiting experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based recruiting tools.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Knowledge of immigration processes and recruiting compliance.

Experience supporting high-volume or corporate recruiting in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Pay Details: $38.77 per hour
