Network AdministratorQuartz Health Solutions is seeking an inquisitive Network Administrator to support and enhance the infrastructure that powers our healthcare operations. This role will design, manage, and optimize network and infrastructure systems to ensure high performance, security, and reliability across the enterprise. Skills that the Network Administrator will use on a regular basis:Troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSupporting Windows environmentsCommunication skills and collaboration across teams and with vendorsBenefits:Starting salary based upon skills and experience: $78,800 - $98,500 plus robust benefits packageResponsibilitiesMaintain Network Infrastructure and ServicesConfigure, administer, and monitor enterprise network systems (routing/switching, firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi)Implement and maintain internal and cloud-based network infrastructures according to best practices, security guidelines, policies and procedures.Aid in the design, built, test, and deployment of new systems, services, and processes to meet ongoing business needs.Perform routine maintenance including, updates, patching, backups, snapshots, configuration management, and disaster recovery.Support internal and external cloud infrastructure standards; General Technical SupportProvide technical expertise for support issues and in aid in troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and recommending and implementing solutions to remediate.Work closely with teammates, vendors, project teams, and management to support projects and initiatives across the enterprise by collaborating, designing, challenging, optimizing, implementing, and enhancing deliverables through their lifecycles.Support audit and compliance activities as needed.Participate in on-call rotation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology field with 2+ years of experience in a network administrator role or equivalentOr associate degree in information technology field with 5+ years of experience in a network administrator role or equivalentOr high school equivalency with 8+ years of experience in a network administrator role or equivalentExperience supporting complex IT environments overseeing networks, including planning, developing, installing, maintaining, supporting and optimizingEnterprise network experience: including operational knowledge of routing protocols, switch configuration, firewalls, and VPNs, in a QoS environmentExperience monitoring and managing data and SIP circuits, provisioning and managing SANs/HCI, supporting services in an ITSM frameworkProficiency administering Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP in distributed environmentKnowledge of cloud infrastructure elements and functions (Azure)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, working independently, under pressure, and be adaptable to changeExcellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendorsAbility to work outside of business hours as needed in on-call rotationHardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.We offer an excellent benefit and compensation package, opportunity for career advancement and a professional culture built on the foundations of Respect, Responsibility, Resourcefulness and Relationships.
