We now have a new headquarters located in Arlington, Texas and have an exciting opportunity for a NEW Graphic Designer to join the team (and you can live anywhere since the role is 100% remote!).

This position in the Demand Generation Team will act a designer for our internal brands (Thrive Agency), ( Rize Reviews ) and ( SEOblog). We often have many web projects running at the same time so this person will need to love a rapidly changing environment and be able to stay on top of multiple projects, changing expectations, and tight deadlines.
S. business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time (UTC-6) Monday through Friday.

UI/UX, websites, landing pages, logos, Facebook ads, print ads, brochures, t-shirts, stickers, etc.

• Creating Web Designs that are CRO and SEO friendly and will convert visitors to leads.
• Responsible for staying current on new web technology and design trends.
• Design major components of the site and set standards across large project areas.
• Review Finished sites to ensure quality matches design mockups.
• Must have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be willing to join video conferences and virtually present designs and explain your work
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced agency setting and handle multiple projects at once (at least 10+)
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong skills designing Responsive Websites a must
• Strong Knowledge of Conversion Centered Design a must
• Experience with UI/UX Design
• Experience with Branding and Logo Design
• Experience with Print Design
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS3 a plus
• Always learning, loves design, and is open to new ideas.
