Echodyne is seeking a Debug and Test Supervisor to join our fast-growing team. Prioritize tasks and manage overall workload of the team
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Product Development Engr and other teams as needed to support testing, debugging and repair activities
S, ME or equivalent Engineering degree in a technical field or formal training in electronics such as military or trade school
Experience with assembly and test of sensitive and delicate electronic devices. Ability to follow assembly, test, and rework documentation
Proficiency in PCBA debug, and repair (soldering)
Proficiency with RF electronics test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, power supplies, etc.
Familiarity with ESD control processes and materials
Collaborate with engineers and other co‑workers to create, review, improve, and document processes in the debug and repair areas
Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
IPC Solder Certification
Ability to assist in creation, editing, and improvement of production assembly and test documentation
Ability to analyze production data to find trends or deviations in test equipment or product performance
