Head of Product Management- REMOTE

As a Product Manager at AxisCare, you will own the discovery, shaping, and delivery of features across our home care platform. You will work closely with Engineering, UX, and cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes that matter to customers and move the business forward.

Use AI-assisted tools daily to draft requirements, prototype concepts, explore edge cases, and accelerate the path from customerproblemtovalidated solution

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through direct engagement, collaboration with Customer Success and Support, and ongoing analysis of usage data
• Write clear, well-reasoned product requirements and user stories in partnership with Engineering and UX
• Lead go-to-market preparation for your features - including enablement materials, release documentation, and cross-functional coordination
• Track adoption and performance metrics post-launch and use findings to inform next iterations
• Participate in customer calls, industry events, and prospect discussions as a product representative.

Analytical mindset - comfortable with data, metrics, and using evidence to inform decisions

• Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed
• Proficiencywith product and development tools such as Jira or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
