A leading national construction and development company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys leading complex projects, building strong client relationships, managing project financials, and working collaboratively with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners.

Lead and coordinate project teams from start-up through final closeout

• Manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, and overall performance
• Coordinate closely with field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and consultants
• Oversee purchasing, trade buyout, scopes of work, and contract documentation
• Maintain project logs, schedules, shop drawing logs, correspondence, and other project documentation
• Lead and participate in project management, schedule, and coordination meetings
• Monitor project financials, requisitions, payments, cash flow, and cost performance
• Identify and manage project risks while proactively addressing issues
• Support quality, safety, schedule, and productivity objectives
• Manage the punch list, subcontractor closeout, warranties, as-builts, owner training, and final project documentation

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 5+ years of relevant construction/project management experience
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and project controls
• Strong financial and business judgment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
