Job Title: Packer

Join our team as a Packer, where you will rotate between three key roles each day alongside fellow team members. This position requires standing for 8 hours daily and maintaining pace with the production line.

Open and prepare boxes for packing.

Load ink cartridges into boxes for shipping.

Ensure the production line pace is maintained throughout the shift.

Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience in inks or chemical environments is advantageous.

Skills in batch mixing, loading, assembly, inventory management, RF scanning, skid handling, packaging, and pallet jack operation.

The facility offers a clean and temperature-controlled environment, ensuring a comfortable work setting. Employees can look forward to growth opportunities, including training on batch mixing after six months. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk Grove Village, IL.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
