Telecommute-Attorney-Claims Law

To support a project team focused on product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters, the part-time Claims Contract Attorney - French will analyze claim documents, prepare detailed responses to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities:

Analyzing claim documents and preparing responses to complex inquiries from claimants and counsel
Fielding telephone inquiries and providing best-in-class customer service to internal and external clients
Receiving training and oversight from project directors and team members to ensure quality of work

Required qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
Active license in good standing in at least one Canadian jurisdiction
Litigation experience preferred; class action and/or mass tort experience is a plus
Fluency in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
