Pay Rate: $30.00/hr USD
Location: 3900 Germantown Pike Collegeville, PA 19426
Work Type: Onsite (No remote flexibility)
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (20-40 hours/week)
Shift Options: 7 AM-4 PM / 8 AM-5 PM / 9 AM-6 PM EST
Interview Process:
Round 1: Phone Screening
Round 2: Onsite Interview + Facility Tour with Director of Operations

Duration: 3-6 months (Contract role only) Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Representative to serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Collegeville site. This role will act as the face of HR onsite, supporting daily HR operations while the company works to fill a HR position.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
Post jobs, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Onboarding & Employee Support
Facilitate onboarding, pre-employment requirements, and documentation
Conduct new hire orientations
Serve as the main HR contact for employee questions and concerns
HR Administration
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and employee records
Track attendance and training documentation
Support HR communications, engagement, and recognition programs
Compliance & Employee Relations
Ensure compliance with EEO, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and company policies
Support leave of absence administration and documentation
Assist with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or HR generalist roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work fully onsite
Experience handling confidential employee data
Familiarity with HR processes and HRIS systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments
Exposure to unionized work environments (preferred for future permanent hire consideration)
Experience supporting onboarding and high-volume recruiting
Important Notes
This is a contract role (3-6 months)
Candidate will serve as the onsite HR representative for the facility
