Office Assistant

$13 - $15 per hour

You’ll be the first point of contact for the business, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, handle deliveries, and assist with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information • Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date • Maintain a regular daily schedule, Monday through Friday, with limited hours Qualifications: • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly

• Maintain a regular daily schedule, Monday through Friday, with limited hours
