Cook and assemble dishes on the line during service with accuracy and speed.

• Ensure all ingredients are properly prepped, labeled, stored, and rotated (FIFO).
• Prepare and execute deli items including sandwiches, wraps, and breakfast items to Bagel Pub standards
• Set up and break down your station with proper prep, labeling, and organization
• Set up assigned station with all necessary tools, equipment, and ingredient
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace during shift
• Break down and clean station fully at the end of shift, including proper storage of food
• Complete daily prep lists and communicate any shortages to the Manager or Shift Lead
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
• Monitor temperatures of food items and equipment
• Report any equipment issues or safety hazards immediately
• Communicate clearly with fellow cooks, prep staff, dishwashers, and FOH team
• Participate in daily shift meetings and training sessions
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Follow prep lists, par levels, and standardized systems
• Help minimize waste by using ingredients correctly and following portion controls

• At least 1 year in a previous line cook or relevant kitchen experience (fast-casual, restaurant, or production kitchen)
