Job Description

Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient requirements and create therapy strategies designed to help them achieve their personal goals.
Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Rely on proven methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily routines.
Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work together with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care.
Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapy methods to encourage sustainable progress outside of therapy sessions.
Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment techniques as necessary, ensuring that patients remain on track towards their goals.
Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported
Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
