Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
Evaluate results for precision, identify issues, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the highest quality standards within the lab.
Ensure a hygienic, safe work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be obtained within one year of joining.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
