Job Responsibilities

Create Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and devise tailored treatment strategies to help them reach their individual functional goals.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to develop motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities for your patients.
Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their loved ones on effective therapy techniques for continued progress at home.
Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient improvement and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring they continue to flourish.
Education and Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Continuing education opportunities and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.
Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
