BCBA - Full Time - Telehealth/Remote

Kyo is seeking a BCBA in the San Diego area who is committed to delivering high‑quality, ethical ABA, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is a hybrid remote position.

Part‑time & full‑time opportunities available.

Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems.

Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

Hybrid delivery model combining telehealth and in‑person services, with flexible scheduling options for full‑time and part‑time roles.

Company‑supported access to required CEUs through internal resources and ongoing training.

Administrative Support: Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification.

Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.

Must be able to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and communicate clearly to participate in physical and play‑based therapies.
