As an Inside Sales Closer, you will handle a high volume of qualified inbound/outbound leads. If you’re used to long, drawn-out sales cycles and "checking in" on prospects, this isn't the job for you. Execute the Close: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to collecting payment/credit card information over the phone.
CRM Mastery: Efficiently document all interactions and manage your pipeline while multitasking on live calls.
Proven Phone Sales Background: You must have a track record of closing deals over the phone (including payment processing).
SEO/Digital Marketing, Auto Warranty, Vacation Sales, Insurance, or Admissions).
Industry Veterans Welcome: Ability to type quickly, navigate multiple systems, and manage a CRM effectively while speaking with a prospect.
While we appreciate all sales experience, this role is strictly Inside Sales . We have found that backgrounds in Retail, Gym Memberships, Real Estate, or Door-to-Door sales do not typically translate to our fast-paced phone environment.

If you’re used to long, drawn-out sales cycles and "checking in" on prospects, this isn't the job for you. You need to be comfortable asking for credit card/payment info over the phone.
Volume: High energy on the phones all day. Multitasking: You’ll be navigating our CRM, typing notes, and closing deals simultaneously.
Hitting your KPIs and keeping your energy high even after a "No."
A Proven Phone Closer: You have a solid background in high-volume phone sales. Short-Cycle Experience: You’ve worked in SEO, Auto Warranty, Vacation Sales, Insurance, or similar high-pressure environments.
Technically Sharp: You can type fast, navigate a computer with ease, and don't get tripped up by technology while you're mid-pitch.
Inside Sales only. We’ve found that outside sales, door-to-door, retail, and real estate backgrounds don't typically translate to our fast-paced phone environment.
Clean Record: Must pass a background check (you’ll be handling financial transactions).
Schedule: Monday–Friday. A high-energy floor in Lantana where top performers are rewarded and promoted.
