Interact professionally with guests and team members using Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.Lead and support the mechanics and pit crew — including training, delegating work, and monitoring progress.
Meet weekly with the General Manager to review projects, priorities, and budgets.
Oversee the general upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment — and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Manage vendor relationships related to building maintenance, equipment, and landscaping.
Maintain accurate inventory and records for equipment, tools, and parts.
Serve as the first point of contact for utilities and communications-related issues.
Follow safety procedures, conduct visual inspections, and remain alert for potential hazards.
Perform regular approach patrols and document findings.
Maintain, repair, and adjust pinsetters, scoring systems, foul units, vending machines, kitchen, and lounge equipment.
Develop temporary solutions to minimize downtime while permanent repairs are arranged.
Assist with light housekeeping as needed.
Support other facility-related needs as assigned.
Conduct daily walkthroughs of the game zone to ensure all equipment is operating properly.
Perform daily and weekly testing of games and attractions.
Maintain and troubleshoot arcade games, laser tag systems, escape room equipment, and teller machines.
Partner with the Amusement Manager and Center Leadership to communicate equipment concerns and resolutions.
High school diploma preferred.

• At least 2 years of mechanic experience or equivalent training.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining building infrastructure.
• Brunswick or AMF pinsetter training is a plus.
• Experience in construction, maintenance, and facility operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools, meters, compressors, saws, grinders, and related equipment.

Regular interaction with large crowds and children.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
