Job Description The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational health of the organization — overseeing internal processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and vendors, and ensuring programs and services are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring workflows are efficient, documented, and consistently followed

Develop, monitor, and refine operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics

Manage operational budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities

Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational and administrative staff

Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards

Prepare operational reports and present performance data to senior leadership

Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous-improvement initiatives

Support strategic planning and execute organizational initiatives on time and within budget

Coordinate facilities, logistics, and resource allocation

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration

3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or program management (5+ preferred)

Demonstrated experience managing budgets, staff, and cross-functional processes

Proficiency with office and project-management software

5+ years of experience in operations or program management

Familiarity with grant management or public funding compliance

Process-improvement or project-management certification (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP)
