Remote Senior Sales Recruiter

Cobalt is building a national leader in essential building services—from commercial doors to advanced security systems. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our People team and play a critical role in building our go-to-market and leadership talent pipeline. This is a high-impact, full-desk recruiting role where you’ll go beyond transactional hiring. You’ll partner directly with executives, shape hiring strategies, and help define how we attract and secure top-tier talent across our organization and partner companies.

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM and sales leadership roles
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Manage multiple executive-level searches simultaneously
• Provide market insights to influence hiring strategies
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units

2+ years of executive recruiting experience (GTM or sales leadership focus)

• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments
