Full Time
Analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral to determine loan eligibility
Communicate decisions and conditions to processors and loan officers in a timely manner
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies at all times
Support the lending team with scenario analysis and guideline interpretation
Minimum 3 years of mortgage underwriting experience
comfort with complex scenarios (jumbo, non-QM, and self-employed borrowers)
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining quality standards
Collaborative support from processors, loan officers, and leadership
Marketing and operational resources through our partnership with Douglas Elliman
