Industrial Maintenance Technician | Production Maintenance Technician | Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Pay: $32.00-$36.50 per hour (Depending on Qualifications)
Signing Bonus: $1500 ( New hires only. Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM + Overtime as Needed (hours may be adjusted slightly, based on coverage needs)

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair the manufacturing equipment that keeps our production lines running safely and efficiently. Keep Production Running. Keep Manufacturing Moving.

You have experience maintaining manufacturing or production equipment.
You enjoy troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems rather than simply replacing parts.
You have dependable attendance and understand that production depends on employees showing up every day and on time.
You take pride in repairing equipment correctly, safely, and efficiently.
You enjoy learning new equipment and continuously improving your skills.
You're comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment that includes heat, humidity, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
You understand that personal mobile devices are secured during working hours and may only be accessed during scheduled breaks in designated areas due to customer and security requirements.

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll help maximize production uptime by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving the equipment used throughout our manufacturing operation.
You'll work closely with production employees to quickly resolve equipment issues while helping prevent future downtime through preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Occasional evening or weekend on-call support may be required.
Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, welding, and basic carpentry issues.
Diagnose equipment failures and safely restore production as quickly as possible.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential problems before failures occur.
Install, modify, and commission production equipment.
Maintain maintenance records, repair documentation, and spare parts inventory.
Collaborate with production employees to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
Follow all company safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years of industrial, manufacturing, production maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or similar experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Technical school, maintenance certification, military mechanical experience, or related trade experience.
Welding experience.
Experience working with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Experience using diagnostic equipment, multi-meters, and common maintenance hand tools.
Experience using computers, tablets, and Microsoft Office.
