Part-Time Receptionist
Brown & Associates, Colorado's premier automotive brokerage, is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Centennial. The hours are 12 PM to 6 PM, Monday-Friday.
Competitive starting pay of $20.00 per hour
Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (12:00 PM to 6:00 PM) no evenings or weekends

As our Receptionist, you'll be the face and voice of H.You'll greet guests professionally, manage incoming calls, coordinate vehicle and document pickups, and provide administrative support across several departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while keeping daily office operations organized and running smoothly.
Welcome customers, vendors, and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
Provide administrative support to our Title, Funding, and Document Preparation teams
Maintain organized filing systems and document storage
Manage the Document Pickup Log and coordinate paperwork pickups with vendors and fleet partners
Prepare daily customer thank-you cards
Assist with general office and administrative projects as needed

Are comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
At least one year of professional office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience
Strong data entry and organizational skills
