We are a growing company in the telecommunications industry seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our operations team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the purchase of telecom equipment, maintaining accurate inventory, and managing supplier relationships.The ideal candidate has procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and a background in telecom or technical inventory management. • Coordinate the purchasing of materials and equipment for telecom operations

Conduct and oversee monthly inventory audits

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and schedules with suppliers and vendors

maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses and field locations

Collaborate with field teams, warehouse staff, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials

Resolve order, delivery, and invoice discrepancies

1+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferred, not required)

• Familiarity with telecom materials, tools, and equipment is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Smartsheet
• The wage range for Procurement Coordinator is $20.00 - $24.00 .
