As we continue to grow, we’re investing heavily in high-quality, high-volume video content to elevate our brand and listings.

The Videographer role will go beyond simply filming properties. You will work closely with our team and Social Media Manager to create engaging, high-performing video content that showcases listings, builds personal brands, and drives audience growth. You’ll be responsible for bringing both our homes and our team to life on camera—delivering content that is fast, creative, and consistent across platforms.

Film real estate listings and engaging content featuring our team

Capture short‑form, high‑performing content for platforms like Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Collaborate with editors and the Social Media Manager to execute a clear creative vision focused on engagement and storytelling

Partner directly with agents to plan, shoot, and produce content ideas

Take full ownership of shoots, including lighting, framing, audio, and pacing

Adapt quickly to different properties, personalities, and filming environments

Continuously refine content based on performance metrics and feedback

A fast executor who can move quickly without sacrificing quality

A creative thinker who contributes ideas, not just execution

Proven experience shooting video, with a strong understanding of editing workflows

Deep familiarity with short‑form content and social media platforms

Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)

Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling

Clear communication skills to collaborate with editors and ensure alignment on creative vision

Consistent production of high‑quality, high‑volume content

Strong collaboration with the Social Media Manager to bring ideas to life

Agents actively leveraging and benefiting from your content

Videos that generate engagement, leads, and brand growth

Prefer highly structured environments or require constant direction
