Serve as the senior manufacturing leader for the site with accountability for safety, production performance, cost, and equipment reliability
Own key manufacturing financial drivers, including labor, overtime, scrap, maintenance spend, operating budgets, and capital priorities
Strengthen safety culture and ensure safety is embedded into daily operations and leadership expectations
Improve equipment uptime through stronger preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Develop a high-performing leadership team and create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and engagement

10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership, ideally within chemical, coatings, specialty materials, or a similar process manufacturing environment
Experience leading complex manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall performance
A strong track record of improving plant performance through Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating budgets, manufacturing cost drivers, and capital investments
Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field;
