The Facility Technician III is responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance operations, troubleshooting and or repairs on mechanical and electrical systems for the Lodi Campus. This includes all manufacturing areas (Plastics & IVD factories, as well as office, R+D and warehouse spaces.
This position reports to Senior Facility Supervisor and is part of the Global Workplace Operations Facilities department located in Lodi, CA and will be an on-site role. Perform intermediate-level troubleshooting and repair on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
Support facility upkeep, including lighting, HVAC filters, plumbing basics, and general repairs and communicate equipment status and repair needs to supervisors and production teams
2-4 years of maintenance or industrial repair experience in a manufacturing facility

• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, basic electrical circuits, and industrial equipment
• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
