The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing candidates, processing new hire paperwork, completing employee verifications and background checks, and enforcing company policies and practices. The ideal candidate is willing to pitch in on all levels, support & participate in HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and data in HR systems
Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on policies and procedures
Handle unemployment claims and employment verification requests
Generate HR reports including PTO tracking and analytics as requested
1-3 years of experience in human resources or a closely related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort learning new software
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
20-$25 per hour, paid weekly
