Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Emergency Dept travel contract in Hawaii, requiring a current HI RN license, 2+ years of ER experience, and ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

• 28-bed Emergency Department including 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Fast-paced environment with high patient turnover
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week (36 hours weekly)
• 13-week contract

Active Hawaii (HI) RN license required by start of assignment; candidates without one must apply upon offer acceptance
Required certifications: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS
Preferred certifications: Procedural Sedation, TMCC, and EMPC
Minimum 2 years of ER RN experience required
Additional Information

Team-oriented work environment with fast patient turnover
All travelers must report to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to the start of assignment; travelers should plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to attend a Friday morning Employee Health appointment at Hilo Employee Health
