Our client, a highly respected Pacific Northwest law firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney with 6-12 years of experience to join its Labor, Employment & Immigration Practice Group in Seattle. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney seeking a sophisticated employment practice that combines litigation, counseling, and strategic client advisory work. Represent employers in labor and employment litigation matters, including:
Single-plaintiff employment claims
Discrimination and harassment claims
Advise employers on day-to-day workplace issues and risk management strategies
Draft and review:
Disability accommodations
Employment law compliance
Manage litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, and hearings
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through practical and responsive legal advice
Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex matters
Participate in business development and client outreach initiatives
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
D. from an accredited law school
- 6-12 years of labor and employment law experience
- Anti-discrimination and harassment claims
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interest in business development and client relationship building
Traditional labor law experience
Oregon employment law or litigation experience
