Senior Attorney - Healthcare Litigation

Job Description Our client is seeking an attorney with 8+ years of experience as a Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney in plaintiff personal injury to independently manage high-value cases, negotiate settlements, and mentor teams.
Evaluate liability, coverage, medical treatment, and damages; transition litigation-bound cases effectively.
Mentor junior attorneys, case managers, and support staff while reviewing work product.
Collaborate with leadership to improve SOPs, workflows, department performance, and client service.
8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience with extensive pre-litigation experience.
- Leadership or mentoring experience in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment preferred.
- Catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking, or premises liability experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
