Recruiter Location: Glasgow, Kentucky Duration: Contract to Hire Pay Range: 22/Hr (Conversion Salary upto 75K) Job ID: 177977 Job Overview: We are seeking a Jr Recruiter to join our team in Glasgow, Kentucky. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements at our Kentucky location. The Jr Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for a variety of positions, including but not limited to manufacturing roles. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Occasionally work on-site at the Columbia or Red Lion office as needed. Previous recruiting experience is a plus but not required. Flexibility to occasionally work on-site as needed.
