Estimator/contractor

We are partnering with a growing general contractor to identify an experienced Estimator to join their team. This individual will play a key role in the preconstruction process by preparing accurate cost estimates, developing budgets, evaluating subcontractor proposals, and supporting project pursuits from concept through award.

Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost analyses

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing

Develop project budgets and assist with GMP preparation

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements

Collaborate with project management, operations, and preconstruction teams throughout the pursuit process

Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, labor rates, and material pricing

Qualifications 3+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction

Experience preparing estimates for ground-up and/or renovation projects

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems

Experience with estimating software and digital takeoff tools

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Preferred Project Experience Experience in one or more of the following project sectors is a plus:

Commercial

Mission Critical/Data Centers
