Project Manager - Water and Wastewater Infrastructure
A growing infrastructure and environmental solutions organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from initial planning through final closeout. This position offers the opportunity to independently manage multiple active projects while serving as the primary point of coordination for customers, internal operations teams, engineering groups, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

Maintain ownership of several concurrent projects ranging in size and complexity across municipal and industrial infrastructure applications.

Manage schedules, coordinate submittals and project documentation, track project progress, and support change order activities.

Maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.

Work closely with engineering, estimating, fabrication, field operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between design intent, execution strategy, and customer deliverables.

Proactively identify risks, resolve coordination gaps, and maintain momentum across multiple active projects simultaneously.

Contribute to improving project workflows, reinforcing operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

Approximately four to seven years of experience in project management, construction coordination, industrial operations, or infrastructure project execution environments.

Prior experience independently managing multiple projects with cross‑functional stakeholder involvement.

Strong communication, scheduling, organizational, and customer‑coordination skills.

Experience within industrial, environmental, water, wastewater, or infrastructure related industries highly valued.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

PMP certification beneficial.

Willingness to obtain OSHA 30 certification and applicable industry licensing within the first year.

Compensation
Competitive compensation package with a targeted base salary range of approximately $100,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, technical background, and project management expertise. Additional compensation may include performance‑based incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and reimbursement for work‑related travel expenses.

Location
Based in the Dallas Fort Worth region with regular travel to customer locations and project sites throughout the surrounding territory.
