Remote Insurance Sales Producer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a dynamic team serving diverse clients, the full-time Insurance Producer will build and execute a personal sales plan, conduct risk reviews, and collaborate with various specialists while working remotely from New Jersey.
Key responsibilities
Build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives
Prospect strategically to identify new opportunities and conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments
Develop high-quality proposals and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service from proposal to renewal
Required qualifications
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
Strong network and ability to leverage centers of influence for prospecting
Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing insurance solutions
Familiarity with CRM and reporting systems
Ability to negotiate and place coverage tailored to complex client needs
