Head of Operations & Business Management

We're partnering with an established, rapidly expanding healthcare organization seeking a Multi‑Site Operations Manager to oversee several high‑performing locations. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy developing people, and have a knack for driving operational excellence while delivering an outstanding customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and consistent execution.

Coach, mentor, and develop an experienced, highly engaged operations team.

Monitor daily business performance, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.

Analyze KPIs, operational metrics, and sales performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Help drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and expand service utilization.

Collaborate with marketing initiatives to support customer engagement and business growth.

Travel between locations to provide leadership, coaching, and operational support.

3+ years of multi‑site operations, practice management, or business leadership experience.

Comfortable using KPIs, reporting, and data to make business decisions.

Customer‑focused with a natural ability to identify growth opportunities.

Ability to travel between regional locations as needed.

Experience in healthcare, medical practices, wellness, hospitality, retail, or another service‑oriented industry is highly valued.

Candidates with a background in sales leadership or customer experience management are encouraged to apply.
