Full-time, Monday – Friday, with rotating weekends.
1.5x Holiday Pay

• 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week

Performs general housekeeping in all common area, including lobby, library, harbor lounge card room, restrooms, swimming pool and exercise room, arts and crafts room, anchor room, administrative offices, bank, beauty shop, elevators, employee lounge area, storage rooms, compactor rooms, hallways and sidewalks outside of each entranceway. General housekeeping includes doors, windows, glass, light fixtures, hand railings, pictures, mirrors, brass and stainless steel.
Vacuums/sweeps floors, dusts furniture, walls, all woodwork, etc., Inspects building on daily rounds and reports unusual findings to supervisor.
Accomplishes work in the order of priority established by Housekeeping Supervisor.
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor.
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; Ability to professionally interact with residents, coworkers, and housekeeping team members.
