The Role The Role: Bartender

We’re looking for charismatic, quick-handed bartenders to mix drinks, spark conversations, and keep the good times flowing. If you’ve got the personality, pace, and passion for service—this is your bar.

What You’ll Do Craft cocktails, pour drafts, and keep the bar stocked and spotless

Deliver friendly, informative, and efficient service to bar guests and servers

Share food & drink knowledge and help guests find their favorites

Pre-bus and maintain the bar area throughout your shift

Promote specials, events, and that TBonz energy

Collaborate with your team to keep shifts smooth and upbeat

Alcohol Safety Certified (or willing to get certified during training)

2.13–$7.25/hr + tips (based on experience and shift flexibility)
