Human Resources Recruiter (Bilingual)

Bilingual Recruiter
The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while providing exceptional support to clients and employees in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and job fairs.
Conduct interviews and screenings in English and Spanish.
Greet and assist candidates that arrive at the office
Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork.
Maintain candidate records in the ATS system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
Support hiring goals and workforce retention initiatives.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Recruiting, customer service, HR, or staffing experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
Experience with ATS systems.
