Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Oxon Hill, MD.

As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 7:00pm with rotating Saturdays, hours vary upon location.

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed.

High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

One year or more experience as a phlebotomist

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Pay Range: - $17.75 - $26.00 per hour

Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics

Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
