We're hiring an exceptional Director of Operations to oversee and scale JETSET Pilates studios in New

Avenue studios), manage and develop General Managers, and drive performance across the platform

As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring each studio operates at the highest level

of performance, consistency, and client experience. who thrives on accountability, growth, and building a best-in-class multi-unit fitness platform.

Own performance across all studio locations, driving revenue, utilization, retention, and

Lead, coach, and manage General Managers, building a high-performing and accountable

Execute new studio openings including hiring, training, and launch readiness

• Collaborate on local marketing execution to support studio growth and pre-opening ramp
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience aligned with JETSET's premium brand

Oversee facilities, equipment, and vendor management to maintain a best-in-class studio

Manage staffing strategy across locations, ensuring proper coverage, labor efficiency, and team

structure

• Proven experience managing multiple locations in fitness, hospitality, retail, or a similar

consumer-facing business

• Experience opening new locations or leading multi-site operational rollouts
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Data-driven operator with the ability to manage performance through KPIs and metrics
