Senior Cost Accountant

We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Cost Accountant to join a growing manufacturing business in Robesonia, PA.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll partner with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to improve product costing, inventory performance and manufacturing profitability.
Support product costing, profitability analysis and margin improvement
Partner with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain on continuous improvement initiatives
Complete inventory reconciliations and investigate inventory variances
Develop KPIs, dashboards and manufacturing performance reports
Support month-end and year-end financial close activities
Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 5+ years' cost accounting experience within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory accounting and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- ERP experience is essential (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- 100,000 - $125,000 salary + 10-20% bonus
