Full Time Monday-Friday Receptionist Position

CDA Precast LLC is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Entry-Level Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, drivers, and visitors, helping provide a welcoming and professional experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning new skills in a fast-paced office environment.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner

Greet and assist customers, vendors, drivers, and visitors

Help customers with will-call orders , including checking orders and directing customers to the appropriate personnel

Assist with customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department

Help maintain an organized and welcoming front office

Assist with basic data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks

Assist with scheduling and other general office duties

Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when interacting with customers and employees

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable answering phones and working with customers

Computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets

Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Sit/stand - frequently - office and yard environment

Occasional walking in production or yard areas
